User Persona Dashboard: Near real‑time data and a smoother experience

Over the past two months, we rebuilt the underlying data pipeline to balance load time with data freshness on the core Users table. Previously, user personas were pre‑calculated once per day. As more teams needed fresher signals for analysis and activation, we moved to near real‑time updates.

What this means for our you:

• See portfolio, transactions, and Suite’s unique trait calculations with lower latency

• Load user records faster, even at scale

• Take action sooner with confidence

  

We also refined the table design and added bulk‑selection tools so you can:

• Drag to select multiple records

• Select all users in one action

• Sort by multiple columns for more flexible views

Depending on the data source, related attributes are displayed automatically, for example:

• Email for users imported via Privy

• Contract Address and Chain for onchain sources

EVM support: Expanding coverage to 6 blockchains

We now support 6 chains and are continuing to expand coverage across the EVM ecosystem.

Notes on coverage:

• Newer chains like HyperEVM and Berachain currently have limited NFT features

• During beta, each organization can enable up to 2 chains to ensure great performance

Import User feature: Import NFT holders into Suite

That’s why we’re excited to announce our integration with Privy, an email wallet infrastructure provider, to bring the best of Web2 familiarity and Web3 innovation together.

Email: The Most Self-Owned Digital Identity

Email is one of the most resilient and widely adopted forms of digital identity. As Chris Dixon notes in Read Write Own (2024), unlike accounts locked into corporate platforms like Facebook or X, an email address is portable and interoperable across providers. For instance, if a platform like X or Facebook bans you, you lose access to all the connections you’ve built there. But with email, your network remains intact, meaning you can still reach people directly, no matter which service provider you use.

This is possible because email is built on open protocols (SMTP for sending, IMAP/POP3 for receiving). These shared rules make email universally compatible across services, allowing users to switch providers or applications while retaining their digital identity and contact network.

For businesses, this openness provides three major advantages:

• Scalability: email enables broad, low-cost communication with customers.

• ROI: it remains one of the most effective digital marketing channels.

• Independence: businesses are not subject to platform-specific restrictions or bans.

From a user perspective, email provides familiarity. As Web3 grows, lowering adoption barriers with a trusted, widely used identity system is key to improving the onboarding experience.

How We Use Privy to Bridge Web2 and Web3

Our integration with Privy allows us to extend the utility of email into the Web3 ecosystem. Specifically, we are focusing on three key areas:

1. Seamless Onboarding with Email Wallets

   Privy’s embedded wallet infrastructure enables developers to create accounts on Suite and manage their organization profiles using only an email address. This reduces friction for new users and allows businesses to begin managing customer data without requiring advanced Web3 knowledge.

2. Unified User Profiles

   Through Privy’s API (App ID and App Secret), developers can import their existing users directly into Suite. This creates a combined profile that integrates both the offchain identifier (email) and the user’s onchain address. Suite’s AI then analyzes these datasets to deliver a more complete understanding of customer personas.

3. Future Capabilities: Onchain Activity with Email Outreach

   We are developing functionality that allows DApps to track users’ latest onchain actions and engage them directly through email. For example, if a user recently bridged assets or purchased an NFT, the builder could send a relevant follow-up message or offer. This enables more timely and contextual engagement than is currently possible.

Conclusion

Email is the most universal digital identity in use today, and it is not going away. By combining Privy’s email wallet infrastructure with Suite’s engine, we are extending this familiar tool into Web3 — giving businesses the ability to connect with users more effectively and build relationships that span both digital worlds.

This integration is a step toward a more seamless Web3 CRM, where businesses can confidently onboard, understand, and support their communities with tools that feel familiar yet deliver new capabilities.

Here are the top 3 lessons we documented during the program:

The Idea That Started It All

The original idea behind Suite was simple: a customized customer support experience based on a user’s onchain profile.

We saw the rise of large language models and AI agents as an inflection point—enabling a new level of personalization never before possible. In the pre-ChatGPT era, "AI" meant rigid, rule-based “if-else” systems. But today, AI agents can autonomously catch events and respond with intelligent actions.

When a user connects their wallet to our support widget, our Buster AI reads their onchain history and constructs a persona profile. That profile helps us tailor interactions—for example:

• A newbie might need a detailed walkthrough of a DApp,

• While a degen user may prefer fast access to high-yield DeFi protocols.

#001: Make Sure The Other Side Gets Your Idea

One of the first things our GTM mentor, Rachit, told us was:

“What you just described doesn’t match what’s on your website.”

That hit home. Inside the team, we constantly talked about the big vision behind Suite. But from the outside, it wasn’t coming through.

Rachit, along with many IncuBase workshops, helped us zoom in, refine the message, and identify the ONE thing our product does best:

Onchain personas, powering intelligent, adaptive support in Web3.

Written communication is just as vital as verbal discussions—especially when your product speaks to the world through platforms like X and Devfolio. From that moment on, every change to Suite aligned with that core. If a feature didn’t serve it, we moved it to the backlog.

#002: Sometimes Greatness Is Measured By Second

Once the direction became clearer, the real sprint began.

We had just two weeks left before Demo Day to deliver key changes: revamp the landing page, build an entirely new Persona Dashboard, script a new demo video.

Decisions had to be made in seconds, not hours. There were no relaxed brainstorming sessions or detailed script reviews. One team member proposed a big message for the demo video—we rolled with it. Another reworded a section of the landing page—we shipped it the same day.

We stayed focused on one question:

“How do we show the world the value of onchain personas in building better Web3 customer relationships?”

We also had the chance to sharpen our story during the fundraising mentorship sessions. Our answers were comprehensive—but sometimes too long. (Shoutout to Vikram for helping us tighten the Q&A and make every word count.)

#003: If You’ve Tried Your Best, Let the Work Blossom

The highlight? Recognition from Balaji and Jesse.

Honestly, we were nervous going into Demo Day. We’d overthought everything—the rushed execution, the potential logic gaps in our thesis.

But their response? It validated our deepest belief: Suite is building something Web3 actually needs. That moment of acknowledgment gave us clarity and conviction. It confirmed we were on the right track.

IncuBase helped us take a leap—from an idea with potential to a product with purpose. We’re grateful for the support, mentorship, and momentum.

We're just getting started. Now, we’re heads-down. Our next steps:
